Anti-Money Laundering Software

Optima Compliance & Consulting Releases AML Compass-Executive Software

Solution allows banks to improve anti-money laundering, BSA controls
WESTON, Fla., Nov. 9, 2007 -- Fearing the wrath of regulators and shying away from situations where they lack control over the risks of money services businesses (MSBs), banks are now denying account services to money transmitters. To fill the gap, Optima Compliance & Consulting, Inc. (Optima, http://www.optimacompliance.com) is now offering a two-pronged solution that promises to forever change the relationship between banks and MSBs in the U.S.

Designed to address issues at the MSB and bank levels equally, Optima's AML Compass-Executive software actually offers two versions - one for banks and credit unions and one for MSBs - that together alleviate the banking crisis MSBs are experiencing in this country while allowing banks and credit unions to maneuver the regulatory minefield when providing account services to MSBs.

"Banks and credit unions need to properly assess and control the risks associated with MSB accounts, and our new solution gives them the ability to do that," stated Jorge Guerrero, Esq., CAMS, CEO of Optima. "MSBs are classified as high-risk clients and consequently require enhanced controls. With the AML Compass-Executive, banks and credit unions can easily document the steps they take concerning their MSB clients."

Those steps include performing pre-account due diligence, monitoring, risk classification and scoring of key MSB functions, and following up on pending or urgent matters. It is a robust solution that was created from inside the MSB industry, based on Optima's years of experience providing anti-money laundering and BSA compliance services to MSBs worldwide.

Separately, the two versions of the AML Compass-Executive automate most money laundering and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) functions that apply to MSBs, including money transmitters. But together, the software suite creates a regulatory environment where compliance is both facilitated and easily verified by regulated financial institutions and their regulators.

At its core, AML Compass-Executive allows MSBs to monitor transactions, issue exception reports, analyze transactions, issue reports and maintain records. At the same time, it provides case management and regulated report filing while creating a paper trail of all functions navigated through the software.

"Optima Compliance & Consulting is pleased to offer this comprehensive solution to the banking and MSB industries," Guerrero stated. "We worked hard to design software that would protect banks and make it easier for them to offer a full range of account services to their MSB clients in the U.S. and globally."

Remote Spy Software

Adultery, Hidden Assets and Child Endangerment Uncovered by Software

TEXT HEREPHOENIX, Nov. 7, 2007 -- Retina-X Studios, LLC, announced today the immediate availability of SniperSpy v4.0, the first remote spy software to feature live screen viewing over the Internet. This exclusive software allows concerned individuals to remotely install and watch the screen of their distant computer in real time.

SniperSpy, designed to monitor a computer owner's family or company PC, reveals what children, employees or other users are doing online. "My spouse has a serious pornography problem and exposed my children to it," said a SniperSpy user who wishes to remain anonymous. "Not only did I discover his problem, I established an affair to prove adultery and hidden assets."

Engineered with child safety in mind, SniperSpy allows parents to make sure their children are staying safe. "I now have peace of mind whenever I travel, wherever I go," says Frisco, a SniperSpy user for nearly two years. "My kids are always a phone call or e-mail away after I supervise their behavior on the World Wide Web. It's been a very helpful tool to keep these young guys on the right track."

"It takes just a few minutes for a child predator to set up an offline meeting with a child," says James Johns, CEO of Retina-X Studios. "With SniperSpy, parents no longer have to wait until it's too late to take action. They can see the meeting arrangement from a different computer as it happens."

"This was the case for a dangerous child predator SniperSpy quietly helped take down earlier this year in the Midwest. SniperSpy captured the meeting set up with a child through a chat program. The parent saw the log and quickly contacted authorities. The child was safe," Johns said.

After installation the user can watch the remote screen live from anywhere using any web browser. The software remotely installs through email and bypasses any firewall. Also viewable are recorded screenshots and text logs of activities including chat conversations, websites visited, keystrokes typed and others. The user logs into a private online account to view logs or watch the screen.

SniperSpy is compatible with any recent version of Windows. This includes Windows 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP and Vista. The product is available now at http://www.sniperspy.com.
